Ah, Wedding Season!
Nicole and I just received a Save-the-Date in the mail today. I am reminded of the impending wedding season to come. I wonder how many more wedding seasons we will actively be a part of until either all of our friends and family have gotten hitched, or…maybe we’ll just have kids of our own and eventually the whole cycle will start again, only with them and their friends and relatives (though we’d have the same relatives, just… their cousins, I guess I mean). Anyway, just wanted to jot a quick little note about that.

I know, all of our married friends seem to be getting dogs, which, as we all know, is the precursor to children. One couple we know even had a dog out of wedlock! What the hell is this world coming to? Anyway, hope you see a Save-the-Date from us soon (design for your self is HARD). Not sure if I ever told you, but I loved your wedding. The beauty in the simplicity was great. There was no pretense, just you two. I was sweet, innocent, generally a very nice and memorable wedding.

Very good point Adam. It does seem that newly weds get dogs. Jesse Scott is getting a dog, although he’s not married yet. It is true, most of my friends are either married or close to being married. It’s kinda bizzare to think that it’s been almost 6 months since I got married… although instead of buying a dog, Traci and I got a car.

Nice choice with the car: don’t have to feed it, clean up after it (without really having made the mess yourself), or take it for walks!
